Thank you for allowing me to walk beside you and support you with unconditional love. The biggest challenge is overcoming being harsh with you. See your inner and outer genuine beauty and ability.

Believe in the divinity in yourself. You are very special, like a colourful, precious pearl. Don t turn away from yourself because of other people s jealousy and fear. Don t give them room anymore to nibble or nag on you. The more you trust in God s strength, the divine love and light living within you, the more it will shine and radiate through you. The inner and outer critics will gradually disappear they loose their strength. It is similar to a healthy plant. The vermin always go to the weak or less healthy plants first, because there is less resistance.

That's why you have to care very well for yourself first. There is no room for self-destructive behaviour anymore!!! Have you ever travelled in an airplane? They instruct you in an emergency to take the oxygen mask first then give it to your child.Do you understand why?

Some helpful tips:

• Take yourself very gently and lovingly in your arms, sway, sway, sway and sing yourself a wonderful lullaby (with your own words and include your name). Perceive and enjoy the divine love energy that fills your body with abundant light and joy.


• Whenever a negative or heavy thought wants to take place, start immediately to sing, for example: MA KA RU NA or OM MAYA MA KITA RAKU ANA PEYA NAMU. It could also be any other Code that feels right for you in that moment. If the inner resistance is so strong you cannot do it out loud, start quietly or think of one of the 144 Codes or just a name of one of them. I have experienced this is a way to build inner strength and overcome deep resistance.


• Breathing is a powerful tool take a deep inhale and exhale. With the in breath, you focus on the thought of divine, healing love energy. With the out breath, let all the baggage go that hinders you in that moment and trust in your God Presence.

There is a distinct difference between GOD and Religion. GOD is overall, genuine unconditional love, in everything, a source of never-ending love. Everything that exists, and all mankind are made of it, it doesn't matter if we believe it or not, it just is! We are all surrounded and entitled to nurture ourselves from this infinite God source. It is for everybody and all creatures. Religion is a man made creation, as are all the laws, in politics and more. The laws change, as do, religions principles in social evolutions.
