The Soul and Pain
We are a soul with a physical body, a spiritual being (and not a physical body with a soul). We are energy - divine life energy, which nurtures the cells of our body. If we are having problems with our body, then we have to look into our soul and see where we are working against our soul s plan. In changing our life habits or our thinking, our body can heal.
The pain of our soul brings disease - and not the reverse, disease doesn t cause the pain. Looking at the pain as an awakening. Use the pain as an indicator to alert ourselves to the need to be aware of something and that we need to listen to our heart.
Our soul can grow and our consciousness can open to further dimensions, so that we can see, feel and know ourselves as a part of God s Creation. We are no more nor less than anyone or anything else - we are!
Many people live by other people s expectations, because they are afraid to listen to their own hearts and trust in themselves. We have learned to believe, as a little child, how to get love. Even though we often experienced disappointments in getting this type of love, it was not enough to get us to question it and look inside to our own heart. We allow to be deceived again and again, that love comes from outside of ourselves. Then we start believing this deception is the truth. So more and more we forget that the source of the divine love of all creation is inside of us.
This kind of behaviour pattern robs us of our own energy, because of the missing flow of love from the heart. It is important, we become aware our Self is the most important person in our life. For each individual to take responsibility requires full acceptance in taking ourselves seriously. In becoming aware, vigilant and open, we learn Self-love. In stillness we can hear God s voice revealing what our body/soul/spirit really needs.
It is vital we become aware that imbalanced EMOTIONS are REACTIONS, whereas FEELINGS promote ACTION. We learn in society to react to things bringing disharmony in our thinking. We are not listening to our true feelings, instead we are listening outside of ourselves to what others tell us what we should or shouldn t do.
Often afterwards we say:I could feel it, something wasn t right for me - but I didn t trust myself enough.
Therefore, it is so important, we listen and act upon our true feelings (I call it the voice of my heart).
Only then we are sure we do what is best for ourselves and we have control over our own life. Me personally I surrender the helm of my sailing-boat to God, I take control by giving control to God.
Tradition is not always the best thing for us. Don t follow blindly what you have learnt or have been taught. Look out for the signposts, give attention to them, that you don't miss the course. Use your inner wisdom and listen to what is right for you. Learn to be flexible, always be vigilant as to what and why you are doing something. Don t do it if it is not right for you. Change and grow. If you want to change, don t hold yourself back because of other people s opinions or judgements. If you are worrying what other people think about you, then you are not really looking in the highest potential with unconditional love for yourself, you are not yet your own master.
False priority of little things creates pressure. This pressure can be: guilt, fear, worry, anger, hatred, jealousy or yearning. All these notions create suffering in the body, because they hold us back and block us from giving self-love.
Thoughts are energy and they are very powerful. Use the power for yourself and not against you. Therefore change your negative or worrying thinking. Be aware having negative or fearful thoughts about other people, has the biggest effect on you. You are robbing yourself from your own healing and loving energy.
